Here is a story that I have heard from many (too many!) professionals caught up by the growth of AI around them.

• On one level, they are inundated by news articles about new problems AI is solving, new dangers that AI is creating, how AI will replace most jobs, and so on. They are inundated by new AI powered tools that come out faster than one can try them. While this stream is exciting (and sometimes frightening), it is extremely high level.
