AIClubPro Privacy Policy
Dated: July 4, 2019 (and subject to update from time to time).
This Privacy Policy describes the practices of Pxyeda, Inc. (“Pxyeda”, “we” or “us”) regarding our collection, use, and disclosure information that can be used to identify or contact an individual (“Personal Information”) through our Website at support@pyxeda.ai and our related service offerings (the “Services”).
In General
Please note that this Privacy Policy only applies only to our Services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any web site, advertising, offering, product or service of any third party (even if linked). We process information or data on behalf of our customers through the Services, and that information or data generally does not involve Personal Information (as defined below). To use the Services, however, a minimal amount of contact information is exchanged (e.g., to obtain support or for billing), and beyond that, we discourage the sharing or processing of any Personal Information. To the extent that we do process Personal Information, we rely one of three bases in order to abide by law and current custom: (1) consent (such as where you opt-in to marketing communications); (2) as necessary to perform our obligations or exercise our rights (e.g., per agreement to provide the Services or to enforce the applicable Terms); or (3) other legal or moral obligations (e.g., a court order or emergency). As privacy is a personal matter, this Policy does not attempt to address how we process information or data that is not Personal Information or that is not closely associated with Personal Information (e.g., Log Information as defined below).
We are based in the United States. The Services are controlled and operated by us from the United States and are not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the United States. Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers, and by using the Services you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, which may have data protection rules that are different from those of your country. In certain circumstances, courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies or security authorities in those other countries may be entitled to access your Personal Information. If you are in the European Union and would like additional information on how we legitimize transfers of personal data outside the European Union, the European Economic Area, and Switzerland, please see the “International Transfers” section, below.
